Plain‑English summary: Zivvy offers scheduling, reminders, and progress tools. It does not provide medical advice. Use the app responsibly, keep your account secure, and respect our acceptable use rules.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Keep your password secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
Subscriptions & billing
- Family plan: $5/month after a free 5‑day trial.
- Cancel anytime from settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
- No uploading of content you don’t have the right to share.
- No attempting to breach, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

Zivvy is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Always consult licensed professionals for medical concerns. See our Disclaimer.
Intellectual property
Zivvy, our logos, and the app content are protected. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service for personal, non‑commercial family use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can export or delete your data before termination.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zivvy will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of your U.S. state of residence (or the State of Delaware if outside the U.S.). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless local law requires otherwise.
